Non-transparency of financing of political parties and election campaigns in Ukraine as well as dependence of parties and election candidates on oligarchs are among the root causes of political corruption in Ukraine. The oligarchs, investing in existing or created during elections political parties, consider them as their business projects through which they further affect the economic and political situation in the country, increasing their material possessions. The result is a deepening corruption in higher echelons of power and falling of trust in the government.

Considering the urgency of the law and in order to prevent the leveling of positive innovations of the authorities, the Center “Eidos” will hold a nationwide campaign aimed at establishing public control over the implementation of the law, its execution by the political parties and the spread of information about it in the society.
Aims:
- To monitor the virtue of the parties.
- To create the information-analytical portal which in simple terms will show the basics that apply to the issue of financial transparency of the parties.
- To publish a series of articles and information materials on the results of the implementation of state funding of the political parties and the publication of findings of monitoring of the virtue of the parties.
- To conduct regional events for teaching the public activists the mechanisms of the Law on public financing of the political parties.
- To increase the level of accountability and transparency of the political parties and as a result to reduce the corruption.
