Public anti-corruption expertise aims at identifying the factors of corruption in law as discretionary of powers of the authorities, the excessive burden for citizens and business, gaps or collisions in the legal regulation, a combination of regulatory and supervisory functions in the same governing body and so on.
As part of the reform of Ukraine it is very important to bring to the European standards all the draft laws that are come from the pen of the Ukrainian deputies. The future steps of perfection, improving of laws, regulations, etc depend on it.
Aims:
- To elaborate an agreed and tested methodology of public anti-corruption expertise.
- To conduct a public expertise of bills of the Parliament.
- To provide conclusions and recommendations and publish them officially at the site of the Parliament Committee on the issues of prevention of organized crime.
