Within the analytical area a monitoring took place towards the compliance with the criteria of integrity of MPs. The Movement “Chesno” has developed a new methodology for evaluating the integrity and accountability of deputies of the newly elected parliament, consisting of two units: Personal card of MP and seven criteria of integrity, transparency and accountability of the MP, composed of 35 indicators.
Aims:
- To stop the practice of non-personal voting.
- To increase the number of published statements of income by MPs.
- To establish practices of reporting on funds allocated for the implementation of parliamentary powers and privileges.
- To reduce the phenomenon of nepotism by exposing information about assistant deputy.
- To establish practices of journalists and citizens` access to meetings of Parliament
- To publish information on the reception and other methods of contacting of voters with deputies and deputies` biographies.
